Edibleprinting.com was founded by Tommy Chan in 2010. He was a pro dancer aka “Hypno” that have traveled all over the world and was a well-know “popping dance style” performer that been on ABC, MTV, US embassy sponsor artist, and ran his own dance school Popping Dance Academy in NYC. Beside the love of dance he also have a passion for graphic designand wanted to create a business that he can do beyond his dance year.
In 2010 He started the website “edibleprinting.com” to do graphic and color correction prints work for a few NYC bakeries and designer. With his background of marketing in the dance world he used that talent to connect with major brands and companies. Later that year he was contacted by Martha Stewart living to help put together a Microsoft Office ads using his finish edible cookie products with the help of his wife. (later owner of Bijou’s sweet treats) It was an amazing ads and with that push edibleprinting.com was getting inquiry by all type of small to large companies asking for prints or edible graphic help.
Over the years Tommy has prainted edible graphic products for Cake Master “Colette Peters”, Food Network, Edelman, NASA, NASCAR, NBC, NFL, NBA, NHL, HP, and countless companies and helped over 200 production bakeries in the U.S with edible graphics services from prints, design, color correct work and onsite consulting for other company setting up their own printing department.
In early 2012 Tommy and his wife Amy moved to a small town in Virginia to start a wedding cake studio call Bijou’s Sweet Treats. After the move edibleprinting.com continue to help their clients and was name Martha Stewart Wedding “Good Things” in 2016 summer wedding issues.
2017 with the Wedding Cake studio becoming one of the best studio in Virginia. Tommy is putting all his time into the studio and have joined “edibleprinting.com “ under Bijou’s Sweet Treats brand to bring amazing wedding favors and crop gifts to everyone. We will continue to help our on going production bakeries panthers with their edible graphics.
